The rooms are beautifully designed, with a balcony, luxurious shower, coffee machine, and stunning decor. Vintage pieces around The Ramban Hotel give it a distinctive charm. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and personally shown to our room. Doron, the CEO, leads a staff that goes above and beyond to make the stay special. Breakfast was delicious and indulgent, and dinner at Zazeria restaurant was excellent, with a wonderful atmosphere. It’s a real boutique hotel in a perfect central location, and we’re already looking forward to going back. Highly recommended.

The one thing that bothered me was seeing staff and guests smoke on the front steps and leave their cigarette ends there. Everywhere else felt spotless and well looked after. The hotel is right in central Jerusalem, so it was easy to reach and walk to most sights. Our room had all the modern comforts, with a clean, classy design. We also really enjoyed the restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Asaf Granit and his group, though the cafe was even better.

The restaurant served delicious, high-quality food, and the staff were attentive and very polite. Everything was neat and clean, too. The location right in the heart of Jerusalem was perfect.

We had a lovely weekend in Jerusalem. The food was tasty, and our room was very nice. Everyone was warm and eager to help, always with a smile, and the service was great. We’ll come back.

We had a great stay overall, and the staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant. The food was good, though a few menu items had run out at both dinner and breakfast. At this level of hotel, I would have expected backup options. One room also had no large shower towels. When we asked, we were given small ones instead. We took two rooms for a family weekend. Both were lovely, new, comfortable, and warm, and they came with complimentary sweets, wine, and drinks. I’d highly recommend staying here.
