The location is great, and the outdoor area has a nice feel. But our room was dirty, with mold in the shower, and the shower leaked badly. The A/C also didn’t work properly. We got poor service when we raised these issues, with no compensation. The pool is at a nearby hotel and is only for swimming. Food quality and choice were poor too.

The rooms were great and the shared area was really nice. The staff were pleasant, but things didn't seem to work properly. It was dirty and badly maintained. Breakfast staff showed up very late, and there was no shared kitchen. They said one was being built, but meanwhile we didn't even have a microwave. For a dirty, nonfunctional place, the price was high. It felt like walking into a really cool boys' apartment that hadn't been cleaned.

The location, building, view, and some pleasant corners give the hotel a lot of potential, and the staff are friendly. Still, neglect and poor operations make the stay very unpleasant, and it doesn't match the standard of other Salina sites. The rooms and yard are dirty and full of garbage. Food isn't fresh, and cats eat from the buffet. The hallways feel depressing because of the paint and furnishings. Showers are problematic, and there's an unpleasant smell in both the rooms and yard. What a shame.
