That spot near the beach makes staying here really easy. It’s only a two-minute walk to a lovely beach, with good restaurants and a shopping mall right next to the hotel. My husband and I love coming to Adva hotel. Everything is always sparkling clean, the service is accessible and highly professional, and we really like the design and facilities. The balcony room is incredible, definitely the one I’d recommend.

Getting out of the elevator felt like stepping into heaven. We wanted somewhere quiet and not crowded by the sea, and this boutique hotel suited us perfectly. Our suite was spacious, lovely, and calming, and the rooms were cleaned to a five-star standard. I rarely use a hotel hot tub, but this one was so clean I gave it a try. Thanks ADVA for the wonderful hospitality. Definitely the surprise of the year!

The area is lovely and worked well as a base for touring between north of Tel Aviv and Haifa. Just keep in mind the hotel isn’t on the beach, it’s about a ten-minute walk to the shore, and the lower-floor views aren’t great. I assume the upper floors have better ones. The room was nice, with pleasant decor, a small fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of drawer space for unpacking on a two-day stay. We were on the third floor. The rooms still look fairly new and presentable, though there are signs of wear. The area rug is very flat and not especially clean, and the grout on the floor and in the shower is getting blotchy and grimy. A grout brush could probably sort it out. We checked in today, and the staff were very accommodating when our Priceline reservation hadn’t carried over that we had a child with us. They rearranged rooms and gave us a nice one. A few tips: include the number of people in your reservation notes and bring a printout. Ask for extra towels, blankets, and pillows for any extra guests when you check in. Also, ask the security guard to enter the elevator code so you can get to reception on the second floor. You won’t work it out on your own. A welcome email from the hotel before arrival would solve that. For 2019, the room really needs more outlets. There’s only one for a bedside lamp, none for phones or other electronics, and no clock. A triple plug by each bedside would be an easy fix.

The room was so comfortable and clean, and everything was in perfect condition. The service was incredible, both when booking and throughout the stay. Literally everything was perfect. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The rooms are clean and nice. Finding the hotel can be tricky since it’s on top of a mall. Contact reception beforehand to get the lift code.
