The prices were very comfortable, and the service was amazing. A wonderful hotel that I’d highly recommend to couples and families travelling to Mitzpe!

Hadas even let us leave our bags there while we went hiking, and pointed us toward a great trail. We only decided to stay at the last minute, but it turned into a really nice, different kind of visit. Breakfast was tasty, healthy, original, and beautifully presented. It felt like the guesthouse was cared for by a mom and dad who genuinely look after the place and the people staying there. I can see why guests keep coming back. Thank you.

Breakfast was generous and good, and the coffee was excellent. But in the August desert heat, don't expect air conditioning, and the meal is served on a terrace with barely enough shade for the table. The room was extremely cramped, long and narrow, with only about 20 cm to pass on either side of the 1.6-meter-wide bed. The nightstand was turned sideways to fit, which made its inner storage unusable. The shower seemed to be about 1.7 meters high. I'm 186 cm and hit my head on the shower cap several times, while my 165 cm partner barely cleared it. There was no TV, mini-fridge, or desk, just a tiny surface that could hardly fit two phones and a bottle, one chair, a clothes rack, and the bed. There wasn't room for anything else. No room service either, not even cleaning or fresh towels. Our room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay. Friends staying with us said a toilet paper roll in their room had been left to rot and grow moss. If you sleep late and are sensitive to light, this place isn't for you. The window looks into the lobby, not outside, and has no shade or shutter, so the room gets bright at 7 a.m. They advertise and charge as a hotel, but it's a motel at best.

The area was a great find, with art galleries, nice coffee shops, and pubs nearby. We were there with my husband and our two kids, and the room felt cozy and comfortable. It was clean and peaceful, and accessible for all kinds of people. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and I had one of my best nights of sleep in Israel.
