We couldn’t make it through the full stay and left early. We’d paid more than 7000 shekels, but the situation became too much. The rooms are very old, the bathroom was the worst part, and smoke from people smoking in the hallway got into our room. Kids yelled outside our door, and they were uneducated. Housekeeping was another major problem. They’d rush us out while we were half naked or in the shower, saying they needed the room to clean, and if we weren’t out on their schedule, they wouldn’t clean. We had to plan our days around them. Even then, they only took out the trash. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Also, if two people shower one after the other, only the first gets hot water.

It’s a good hotel, but the street noise and a bed that hurts your back hold it back. Without those problems, it could be really excellent.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly, though they sometimes seemed overwhelmed when lots of guests arrived at once. I liked the hotel’s quirky vintage-chic look. It’s handy for both the train station and town centre, with the beach about a ten-minute walk away. The entrance is a bit dingy, especially if you’re arriving from the station or from the hotel car park across the road.

The staff were amazing, every worker was really nice, and the service was lovely. The hotel itself is a very clean, elegant boutique place with a retro style, and breakfast was tasty and kosher. Like usual in Israel, though, it’s too expensive. Also, there’s no balcony.

Everything was super clean, and the staff were so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the Friday night dinner and breakfasts. There are lots of amenities, including a gym, sauna, pool, and meeting rooms. In the room there was a coffee machine, tea, a fridge, microwave, and burner for cooking. Highly recommend!
