The spa and service were good, and the staff were very helpful. It’s a very nice, clean hotel with a very good breakfast. The center is 20 min away, and bus no 3 goes directly there.

The room was extremely clean and well organized, and the hotel itself is very beautiful. But the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life, both room service and overall. A room service staff member knocked on the door in a strange, unsettling way. When I asked why, he denied knocking, even though my wife and I had both clearly heard it. He said he’d come to collect the breakfast tray, but we hadn’t been served breakfast at all. I chose not to complain to reception about room service. Then at reception, I met an even ruder receptionist. He aggressively asked why I’d yelled at room service and said, “He didn’t knock hard,” even though he hadn’t been there when it happened. Honestly, this was the worst hotel service I’ve seen. My expectations were low, but not this low. It was a disgusting experience and ruined the start of my honeymoon.
