Don’t stay here. They wouldn’t let me change the date or refund even half the cost, although I stayed only one night. I paid 200 shekels for late checkout, then left two days early and got no money back. We were given two very thin towels, one of which ripped while I was using it, and just one roll of toilet paper. Not worth the stay at all. Zero stars.

The apartment had lots of cockroaches. It was reasonably clean, but there were no tissues or towels for hands and feet, and no water heater for hot water. We wanted to stay until Saturday night; Booking listed an extra 200 NIS, but when we arrived they demanded 350. The service was shockingly bad, with inhumane and disrespectful treatment. They never answered the phone and couldn’t be reached.

There was a strong cigarette smell in the apartment. The shower had half-used soap, the toilet paper roll was already open, and the whole place felt unclean.

The service was unfriendly. Once they’ve been paid, they don’t seem to care about the customer and won’t answer the phone. We had no water at the place for more than five hours, with no warning.
