Right by the beach, with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great food, and awesome staff. Best hotel, a little piece of heaven. I'll definitely come back.

Medi Terre made a great impression: the room was amazing, the crew polite, the food good, and everything clean, with a nice atmosphere. It also works well for meetings. I'd definitely recommend it as a must while in Netanya. Don't forget to try one of their cigars :)

We had a great Shabbat stay, with big, cozy rooms and good facilities right on the beach. Half of us ended up with indigestion.

The night before my wedding turned into a nightmare. The Medi Terre Boutique Hotel cancelled the room I'd booked months earlier just an hour before we were due to arrive. After I argued, they suddenly found a suite. We were treated like a burden from the start: no help with luggage, and they wouldn't give us the key until we'd paid. Their card machine was broken, so we sat around for 45 minutes. The staff were cold, rude, and completely unprofessional. The suite was filthy and barely functional. The jacuzzi was clogged and spewed black dirt and freezing water, the shower smelled of sewage, the TV remotes barely worked, and the windows were filthy. In the morning, we asked for cappuccinos and got instant coffee packets instead. They said they couldn't bring coffee or food, even though breakfast was supposed to be included. The milk we requested never showed up. At checkout we had to drag all our things ourselves, and the receptionist lied about ordering a taxi, then made no effort to hide that she hadn't tried. This place ruined what should have been a calm, happy night before my wedding. Disgusting facilities, disgraceful service, and what felt like fraudulent business practices. 0/10, do not book.
