When my flight was cancelled at the last minute, I found this little gem near the airport. The property manager was quick to respond and helped me a lot. The room was clean and had everything I needed, and I felt at home despite the stressful circumstances. I got a great night's sleep. Highly recommend.

My son and his friend needed somewhere near the airport to rest between flights, so I booked this place for them. The owner did more than expected to make sure they were comfortable and got back to the airport on time on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend!

Roger was so kind when I called late at night, and even spoke with the driver to explain the directions after telling me how to get a cheaper taxi. I’d missed my connection at TVL and needed somewhere nearby for the night. It was already 10pm, with little happening at the airport, but I was lucky to find a room at the Start Guest house online. Roger was waiting outside when I arrived, made sure I was comfortable, and left me a box of Danish cookies to have with coffee the next morning. The place is simple and clean, the price is alright, and the hospitality is outstanding.

The staff were friendly, but the beds, toilet bowl, WiFi speed, and cleanliness of almost everything need work. The furniture is old and the towels are terrible.

The room had no dishes or glasses, which was a downside. The refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and air-conditioning were fine. Not bad.
