I stayed in the deluxe studio, which was really comfortable. The curtains block out the light completely, so you can sleep until noon without being disturbed, and the jacuzzi on the terrace was great for hanging out with friends. The location is perfect. With limited transport in Israel on Friday night and Saturday, it's within walking distance of both the city center and the beach. Definitely recommend.

The room and shower weren't clean, the bed was small and uncomfortable, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms. The heating didn't work at all, and there was no one to contact after 11 PM because the hotel had no staff then. I would never come back and advise others to stay away. I wouldn't call it a hotel, it's a rat guest house. We first found the bathroom flooded when I checked in while my friend went to a bar. The receptionist came to see it and said he was sorry, but there was no other room. He offered to wipe it himself or let me do it. I was shocked that he suggested I clean it when I'd paid for the service. We'd agreed the receptionist would leave my friend's key in the safety box, since he only worked until 11 PM. Around 3 AM, a stranger opened our door and came in. I was terrified. He apologized, said he'd taken the key from the safety box and had the wrong room. After he left, I heard him try the same thing in another room on our floor. I don't understand how a guest arriving late could not know his room number and take another guest's key from the box. I didn't feel safe after that. Checkout was until 11 AM, but the cleaning lady knocked at 10:45 to ask when we were leaving. At checkout, before we could say anything, the receptionist greeted us with, “yes, what do you need?” and then, “Ok, give me the keys. Bye bye”.
