Brown BoBo, a member of Brown Hotels

On my second BoBo stay, for a business trip, I appreciated getting upgraded to a double room as a returning guest. It was a very different visit from a couple of years ago: post-war, occupancy was very low, and there were no tourists. The rooftop, usually lively, was closed, and the lobby felt quiet. Some of the old shine seems muted, but BoBo is still a five-star choice for a short business stay. It's central and convenient for walking to meetings, with cafes nearby and the sea not far. I like the creative, slightly bold design, fast and friendly reception, reliable work Wi-Fi, comfortable rooms, and city views from higher floors. For central Tel Aviv, it's very good value. Across the street there's a great cafe with Asian food, a proper bar, and a DJ, good for food, drinks, and a bit of socializing. A few things could improve: the fridge was noisy at night, breakfast could be richer once tourism returns, and spa hours could suit business schedules better. I like the Brown Hotels concept, creative and affordable, and I'm happy to return.

The first room I was given smelled strongly of smoke, but they moved me, and the second room was better. Still, the rooms are tiny, and the reception and dining areas have no windows and an odd smell. The rooftop bar was closed. Everything else was just okay, so the hotel felt like poor value for money. There are much nicer places nearby for a lot less.

We spent one night at Bobo hotel with my girlfriend. The receptionist was kind and explained everything, including the 60NIS parking fee for hotel guests. Our room was very clean, and it was cleaned again the next day. We didn't expect breakfast to be so good, but it was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel's central location is a real plus, and the reception staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Cleanliness could be better, and the food quality may not be the best. The pool is quite small and isn't suitable for swimming.
