The hotel is showing its age, though the remodeled rooms on the 12 floor were nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Dinner, though, cost twice as much and had only half the food choices. More than half the serving areas were closed, and while breakfast had all kinds of drinks, including tea and coffee, dinner only had water :(

Israel Luxury Tours booked us here, and check-in was super smooth and fast. The employees were wonderful and attentive, and the hotel sits right across from the beach with an extensive view of the sea. There's a lovely boardwalk for walking or jogging. Breakfast was so nice, with such a huge selection that you couldn't sample even a tenth of it. Amazing hotel and location. Highly recommended.

The lobby gave a misleading first impression. The renovated rooms were stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast on shabbat was amazing, and the food in general was good. Service was pretty good by Israeli hotel standards. The view of the tayelet and beach is lovely, and you're really kne step away. The elevators were a bit uncomfortable, and the shower leaked across the bathroom. Aside from that, it was an excellent weekend stay.

The location and food are good, but the service was terrible. Check-in took nearly an hour, and the staff seemed incompetent. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the sheets had stains. Iโd recommend choosing another nearby hotel with better service.
