Miki Avni made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. I got there a day late after a delayed flight made me miss my connection, leaving me stranded and paying double for my replacement flight. I even went to the wrong hotel first. Miki welcomed me warmly and helped with everything. She gave the same personal care to other guests, checked in on people even on her days off, planned all my tours, and helped me find food each day. She was always generous and smiling. The hotel was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I’m already looking forward to returning.

The breakfast was tasty, but it’s served at a cafe 400m away, so you can’t just go down and come back to bed. The hotel is a bit remote, and arriving at night feels awkward, even though Tel Aviv is very safe. Ground floor rooms have no view. On the plus side, the rooms are decent, the staff are very friendly, and they pay great attention to detail. It’s a nice hotel that’s a little hidden, and the price reflects some of the drawbacks. Good value overall.

The rooms are really comfortable, and the bed was great with clean, crisp sheets each day. Yoni was exemplary, always smiling and happy to help with anything. Don’t judge the place by its cover, this hidden gem offers great value. We loved our stay.

The hotel is close to the train, which made it easy to reach from the airport or other cities in Israel. It was also clean, had a 24-hour reception, and the price was fair. Those are the reasons I gave it four stars rather than three, despite the many issues. My ground floor room had a window facing a wall, even though I booked directly with the hotel, and the AC made awful noises for about 30 minutes whenever I turned it on. The website advertised a mini fridge, but there wasn’t one. The double bed was two separate twin mattresses, and I kept sinking between them and waking with back pain. Couples who like to cuddle may want to forget it. There was a desk, but no space for a chair, so it was unusable. Lobby coffee was instant powder with an electric kettle and no creamer. You couldn’t buy water or snacks at the hotel, and there weren’t nearby shops. The area is industrial and undeveloped. I’d be alert walking there at night and suggest avoiding the area south of the hotel after dark. Everything, including the hotel’s breakfast, was at least a 10-minute walk away, mostly along highways with little around. I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could. It’s a budget hotel, so I didn’t expect much, but I’ve stayed at other three-star hotels without these problems. When I complained about the room, Yoni said, “did you see how much you pay here?”
