The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and have everything you might need. Check-in was quick, and the staff were incredibly polite. Hadar was especially great, very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to sort out any issue. It’s a brand-new hotel in a fantastic, quiet area near Rothschild Boulevard and Nahalat Binyamin, with lots of good restaurants and nightlife close by. Highly recommended!

Yulia at reception was very friendly and helpful, and room service was efficient and available almost any time. There’s free-flow wine at reception all day, every day, which was pretty cool. The hotel is elegant, clean, and well located, about a 15 minute walk from the beach and other nice spots in Tel Aviv. Highly recommended.

A clean, pleasant hotel in a very good location, with nice front desk staff. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with missed days and items not replaced. The breakfast was very good, though it wasn’t the same at every restaurant option you can choose from. Cafe Ben Ami was my favourite. I’d return.

The helpful staff and the wonderful breakfast at next door restaurant Monti were the bright spots. We booked an upgraded room with an “urban view” and paid extra, but the view faced the same building shown from the standard room. Why charge more for a view they can’t guarantee? The room had what we needed, but lacked some finishing touches. The safe was there, but not bolted to the wall, so I had to carry my belongings during the vacation. I saw the hotel’s feedback, but it seemed to miss why guests get frustrated: paying extra for a view and not having the security a safe should provide. The photos show the unbolted safe and the additional charge for the “URBAN” view. This is how you lose clients and trust.

I stayed here twice with my wife, and neither visit went well. On the first two-night stay, someone from the service staff opened our door with a key while the “do not disturb” sign was clearly on. I was resting in bed; when they saw me, they ran off and left the door open. We had to ask twice for the room to be cleaned, and it only happened after a third request, late in the afternoon when we were upset. We checked out immediately. The manager offered a free night as compensation, which we accepted as the hotel chain’s “Correction Experience.” That free night brought another problem: no hot water in the morning. My wife spent several minutes trying the shower handles, then got dressed and went to reception to complain. They had no serious response beyond saying someone would look into it, and didn’t even apologize. After breakfast and checkout, a service person knocked and casually blamed my wife, showing her how to turn the handle as if she didn’t know how to get hot water. She felt insulted and told him she had tried every handle and that he wasn’t telling the truth. I’d learned from the front desk two minutes earlier that the service man had connected our room’s hot water system to the next room with a small pipe. My wife was furious. The manager wasn’t there to deal with it. When she called back two days later, she again offered a free night by email. Since then, she has avoided my wife’s calls and messages for more than 45 days. A waste of money, time, and health. Good luck there.
