The rooms are very nice, with marble floors, good showers and toilets, and comfortable beds and pillows. Service was good too, though sometimes there was a language gap. The Wi-Fi in my room kept cutting in and out. The neighborhood felt low quality compared with the room: the hotel is on the edge of the red light district, with people using drugs within 100 meters, and it didn't feel safe. Still, turning right and then taking the first left gets you to a main street, so you can get around the area without too much trouble.

We only stayed one night, so there may be more accurate impressions. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great bathroom and shower. Staff were friendly and very helpful. There were free oranges, bananas, tea, and city maps. The hotel had only recently opened and seems to have potential, though work was still underway, including the elevator, which was still missing but due to be installed soon. We had to wait before entering our room even though we weren't early, and the used-looking furniture in the entrance caught my eye. The neighborhood felt poor and not family-friendly. We saw drug trafficking and use, as well as people tripping on drugs. It's not far from the center and main bus station.

The place is a little out of the way, but Rothschild's action is still only about a 10-15 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Salem and Rami were especially nice and helpful, and the staff are what make this hotel great. Definitely recommend.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, but the room had humidity and very poor sound insulation. I could hear everything outside, including planes, and the Wi-Fi strength and speed were terrible, with lots of problems. It was okay, but for the price I think you could find something better.
