A terrible experience. We weren’t given instructions for getting into the apartment, and nobody was there to check us in. No one answered the phone number on the booking confirmation. The apartment was very cold, and the toilet didn’t work because there was no water. The heater was fixed the next day, but we couldn’t control the temperature from our apartment, only from inside another one. Despite several calls to the owner, no one came to fix the toilet during our three-day stay. I wouldn’t recommend this to other tourists. Reply to owner answer: I’m sorry, but I stayed in one of your apartments at 9 Akhva Street Tel Aviv. The logo and phone number we called were the same as your company’s. Please check your accommodation more carefully next time.

The photos online may give the wrong impression. The two-bed room was just two beds and a bathroom, and didn’t feel like good value. The most frustrating part was arriving at a new place and finding the owner unavailable. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It looks great online, but that wasn’t what we found in reality. They didn’t answer the phone, so there was no service, and the place was missing a lot in terms of facilities and design. I didn’t enjoy the stay.
