Trendy apartment next to Levinsky market

There was no one to check us in when we arrived on time. Another guest happened to come out and give us the manager’s number, but they didn’t answer at first, so we waited longer. Eventually we got through and were told how to enter and find the room. It was filthy, with open bottles everywhere. We asked to cancel, then were offered another room, but the building smelled of chemicals and someone was still cleaning. The place was gross. The manager was rude and kept arguing instead of understanding why we wanted to cancel. I’m still waiting to find out whether we’ll get refunded. At least we didn’t have to stay there.
