The rooftop terrace gave us what was probably the most beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee, and the hotel's small number of rooms made the stay feel personal and intimate. I was there with my mum, and from the minute we arrived the owner was wonderfully helpful, sharing useful local tips. We had an absolute delight of a stay at this lovely hotel by the lake. I wholeheartedly recommend it, it was unforgettable.

The breakfast was awesome, and the owner and staff were all welcoming, kind, and really helpful. Ask for an in-room massage, Sonia is the best. The place is an amazing old castle, with beautiful views, comfort, and stylish design. It feels like staying in a luxury hotel while living in the Middle Ages, a dream come true. A must if you love boutique hotels in one of Israel's most surreal places.

The rooms, location, view, and breakfast were all nice. But several things went wrong, and one issue still hasn't been sorted out. We had no cleaning service during our three-night stay, never got the swimming-pool voucher, and there was nobody around to help with checkout. On top of that, the hotel charged us for one extra night. It still isn't resolved, and our bank is now handling it because the hotel doesn't seem to understand the problem or help us.

The view was excellent, and breakfast had a generous spread and tasted great. We had a lovely time, especially in the very large room, where the bath was superb. Thanks for the hospitality and the great stay.

Breakfast on the terrace was really tasty, and our big room had a balcony facing Kinneret lake. Such a beautiful little hotel! ๐
