We finally got a quiet room at 4am, after first being offered one only a few doors from the noisy group, where people were already sleeping. We’d been woken by shouting, music, drinking, doors and windows banging, and noise through the walls until the early hours. Reception did little despite several calls. The receptionist was asleep on the couch, then started to intervene but stopped partway through. We knocked ourselves, and the music stopped, but the rest carried on. We had only three hours before getting up for our onward trip. This was my second visit, and a very different experience from my first. The property looks worn and could use some care. Our room was functional and average, with a spacious bathroom. The buffet had decent salads but few hot choices, and one evening they ran out of rice. The food was fine, just unremarkable. One lift often jammed at the door, so waits got worse with only one working. Staff seemed detached and below the standard I’d expect for hospitality. English was limited, and when serious problems came up, they seemed unable or unwilling to deal with them. The location and facilities are acceptable, but the way the noise complaint was handled made this stay very disappointing. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The pool was my favorite part. I got to swim almost every day, which was lovely. The food was delicious, the rooms comfortable, and the staff really nice. We loved staying here, it felt absolutely perfect for me. I’d be happy to come back! :)

The pool is spacious and really nice, and we enjoyed the restaurant meals too. There was a decent range of food. The hotel itself looks good and is generally nice, though it could be cleaned a bit more. The rooms are okay, a little dated, but you can see they’re working on renovating them.

We stayed for three nights with a pilgrimage group. The sea-facing rooms have the best views, though the building work outside also makes them noisy. The place was lovely, clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly. The pool opens on May 1st.

Most of the employees were kind and attentive, but my experience with the restaurant manager and supervisor, Kaled, was awful. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to guests, including older women and young men from different nations and religions. I saw him shout at women who didn’t understand his language, and he acted the same way with people in my group. Whenever I came across him, regardless of the day or time, he showed the same disregard and seemed uncomfortable serving others. I can only imagine how he treats the other employees. I would never return or recommend this hotel.
