Sylvia made us feel very welcome, was attentive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The service was outstanding. We had a perfect stay at the UG Hotel in Tiberias. Itโs a beautiful, stylish place with a lovely atmosphere, in a very convenient location close to everything for touring, food and nightlife. Highly recommended, and weโd definitely return on our next visit to Israel.

Silvia really knows the city and gave us great tips for food and nearby events. She took amazing care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The open courtyard was a lovely communal spot to hang out and unwind, and the amenities were great. This is a beautiful boutique hotel, and we had an amazing time. You can walk to the boardwalk, several restaurants and shopping areas. The location canโt be beat. When you go, ask Silvia where to go to make the most of your visit!

The historic area is fascinating, and our large suites were beautiful. We were three friends and ordered breakfast for two, which was more than enough. We loved our time at the UG Boutique ๐ฉท The hospitality was great, and the atmosphere felt very unique, almost spiritual ๐ฅฐ Big like!
