The salads and salatim were the highlight, all fresh and inventive, and the mincemeat dish was delicious too. The tasting menu brought out so much food that it was really filling. The place felt homely and welcoming, and you enter through a courtyard that would be great for events. We came on a stormy day and asked to move our reservation later, but they kindly declined. When we arrived, it seemed they had been waiting just for us. Service was great, though I wish we'd had longer to sit and enjoy the meal. The beef in chestnut sauce was the one letdown: dry, bland, and seemingly pressure cooked separately, so it lacked that deep, rich flavor.

We ordered nearly the whole menu and had such a fun food experience. The bread and fish were so good, and the salads were mouthwatering. Dish after dish was better than the last. We'll definitely be back, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who really loves food.

Lunch was mediocre at best, and the service was worse. The waiter ignored our request to cancel an order, then spilled sauce on one of the kids. Dishes came out at random times and in no particular order, and the bill had mistakes, with items priced differently from the menu. Stay away.

We held my daughter's bat mitzvah here with close family and friends. It was a lovely event, the food was great, and planning everything was easy. Highly recommend.
