The room itself was clean where it mattered to me, the bedding and bathroom, but the windows, curtains, and carpet weren’t. It was very dusty. If you need more than a bed to sleep in or have a dust allergy, this probably isn’t the right hotel. For a budget place in a great location, though, I’d recommend it. There isn’t staff at the front desk 24 hours a day. Email is the best way to send a request or concern, and the manager replied promptly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. But it was really noisy outside from as early as 4:30 AM. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with dusty hallway carpets, mosquitoes, bed bugs, and trash behind the beds. In my opinion, the room service quality doesn’t justify the price.

There was no elevator, and the woman at the desk put us on the third floor. At least one staff member offered to help with our two heavy suitcases. The receptionist herself seemed not to care at all, even with two senior citizens carrying them upstairs. She wasn’t accommodating or friendly.

The place feels nice and cozy, and the staff are friendly. It’s in an excellent location, and they really make you feel at home. Strongly recommend.

The bed was great, the AC worked really well, and the shower had instant hot water. The door uses a code, but I had to WhatsApp the owner to get it, since the reception number wasn’t the right contact. Reception wasn’t there much of the time.
