We were travelling with our child for a doctor's appointment and felt badly harassed by the hotel's response. Although I'd booked an early check-in slot of 10:00am-12:00pm through Goibibo, the hotel refused to check me in at 10:40am on 24 November 2025. The receptionist even refused to provide a chair for the child at reception. When I tried to explain the early check-in option, owner Rahul was very rude and wouldn't listen at all. This hotel deserves a MINUS 5 STAR rating.
