This place feels more like a haunted house than a guest house. Maybe it was a great hotel years ago, but it looks neglected now, with no cleaning or maintenance. The wall plaster is falling off, and the furniture looks like it could come apart if you sit on it. Dust covers the furniture, and shaking the curtains sent what felt like half a kilo of dust into the room. Even the floor looked as though it hadn’t been wiped in weeks. I know I paid only a small amount per day, but I’m saying this sincerely: the place was extremely unhygienic and filthy, with dust, cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes, and who knows what else.

I chose the hotel based on the online photos, but the actual place was completely different. There weren’t any room facilities available, even though they charged the quoted room price. The experience was very bad and completely unhygienic. I was disappointed. Don’t book here.

I visited with my parents. There’s step-free access from the car park to reception, and they have an elevator. The place has improved a lot. For more comfort and service, it’s best to choose an AC deluxe room.

I liked the way they’ve made it friendly for older guests from the entrance all the way to the rooms. The rooms are good, and the amenities are good for the price.
