OYO Flagship 88512 Hotel Amber Imperial

We spent 2.5 days at Treebo Amber Imperial, and the hygiene problems were serious. After our first night, we discovered bed bugs in the first room. The staff only moved us after we pushed, and the next room had a heavy cockroach infestation. It seemed like many rooms in the hotel had serious cockroach problems. Some bed bugs had crawled into my luggage, so after getting home I had to thoroughly wash my clothes and luggage and dry them in the sun. What concerns me most is that the hotel seems aware of these issues but still assigns those rooms to guests. It's a serious health and cleanliness concern, and I didn't expect such low standards from a Treebo chain hotel. Management should take immediate pest control and hygiene measures before accepting bookings.

The room is about the size of a shoe rack, with barely any space to stand. You're left sitting or lying down. At ₹3,500 a night, it's nowhere near worth the money. To me it's a room worth less than ₹1,000. They even gave us a dirty, rotten apple as a complimentary item. Take time to look at other hotels nearby instead of paying more and regretting it. Go for it only if you can get it for ₹1,000 a night. Don't fall for some of the hotel's paid good reviews.

The location is really busy and noisy, and the rooms feel like cages because they're so small. They do give fruit as a welcome gift, which is fine. There are basic facilities and some cleanliness, but I wasn't satisfied.

There are rats in the rooms, and one bit my finger. The fruit was spoiled too. My room was tiny, with hardly any amenities, just a table, a chair, and a small TV. There wasn't even a wardrobe.
