At the Sesame restaurant, Aditya and Dindin served us some of the best cuisines, and the staff took good care of us. The ambience was great too. I think I’ve remembered the name correctly: Aditya was the soft-spoken male with spectacles. Dear restaurant staff, please reply and tell me if I got it right. Thanks and loving regards!

I’m a Globalist and stay at Hyatt hotels, so I know the level of service well. This one doesn’t meet it. The service was sloppy, staff need more training, and breakfast was slow. If you’re visiting Mumbai, save yourself the headache and choose the Grand Hyatt instead. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

The rooms are nicely apportioned, the breakfast spread is okay, and the coffee is very good. But the room service dining was a disaster: I ordered a club sandwich, they forgot it, and after I reminded them, they brought a soggy sandwich made with local bread that was nothing like a club sandwich. Awful. The reception guys were aggressive and stuck rigidly to their policies, when you’d hope for a warm welcome, especially after a tiring workday. Clearly, this hotel isn’t for business travellers. The rate is too high for the service, and I won’t return.

I enjoyed the Asian-inspired menu at Sesame, and the restaurant itself was nice. The location was decent, though extremely crowded. The rooms were nice but didn’t feel worth the price. I couldn’t enjoy the beach at all because of the trash.
