When we arrived, they refused to honor the booking we had made online and behaved badly toward us. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn't book this hotel at all.

The bathroom was the worst part of my night. Its ceiling was broken and open, so mosquitoes kept getting in, and I heard something, maybe a rat or another animal, moving around above it and making loud noises. I could barely sleep. I killed around four mosquitoes in just a few minutes and had to cover myself completely, even while sitting on the bed. I chose the place because it was near the consulate where I had a visa appointment, and I stayed for one night. The check-in staff were friendly, and the food room service was good. But the room was dusty, there was a feather inside, and it didn't seem properly cleaned between guests. I didn't notice the broken ceiling before checking in, which was my mistake. The receptionist was initially friendly, but later wasn't helpful when I asked for help with a food delivery app. The location is convenient, but the room hygiene and maintenance, especially in the bathroom, need serious work. I attached photos of the bathroom. I wouldn't stay again unless these problems are fixed.

The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, with mosquitoes and poor hygiene throughout. Staff made promises they didn't keep. If you're coming for a visa interview, there are plenty of other places within 500 m. Don't book this hotel, even if it's free.
