The hotel’s hospitality really stood out when we stopped in to rest. We’d been at the Kotachiwadi Christmas event on Sunday evening, it was very crowded, and we were feeling unwell. Mr Yogesh welcomed us into the lobby and offered water and coffee. A father and his special-needs son came in too, and Mr ayogesh invited them to sit and take a break. Thanks, Mr Yogesh, for being so helpful and welcoming. Your customer service is much appreciated. God bless.

We went to book a room a few weeks ago. My friend had called ahead and spoken to someone, maybe the receptionist or someone in charge, who quoted one price. When we arrived, that same person gave us a much higher rate. My friend reminded him about the phone conversation, and he snapped, *"Nahi milega, jao"*. Those were his exact words. From the moment we entered the lobby, he came across as unwelcoming and snobbish. We stayed polite, but when my friend told him a hotel should at least treat people respectfully, he threatened to call the police for no reason. He was rude first, then acted like the victim. We eventually lost our temper and raised our voices. He turned to me and said, *"Behen, maine kya galat bola?"* I was shocked. We’d asked a simple question, and he answered with aggression and threats. We told him to call the police if he thought he was right, and reminded him our vehicle number was on the CCTV. Then we left. He kept shouting that he wasn’t just an employee, he was the *owner* of the hotel. That was hard to believe after how immaturely he acted. Maybe he was the owner's son? Either way, it was a horrible experience. I hope nobody else has to go through it, and I’d never recommend this hotel.

The rooms seemed neglected and badly in need of proper maintenance. There were lots of cockroaches running across the floors, and I also spotted several cobwebs in the corners. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness during my recent stay.

The staff kindly let me check out 30 minutes late after my marathon run, understanding that I needed some time. My room was simple, but the place was quiet enough to sleep well, unlike many hotels around here where there’s a lot of noise. It’s a little way inside from the main road, so you have to get off there and walk to the hotel. That makes it good for backpack travelers.
