The location is good, but the staff behaved terribly and there was no evening room service. The rooms stank, the ACs were broken, and the linens were dirty. They didn't change the towels or sheets. Rats ran around above the false ceiling like it might fall on our faces. The bathroom was small, though the commode was clean, and the tap was leaking. WORST HOTEL ever seen.

If all you need is a bed near the office, this place will do. The rooms are run down, with tired furniture and decor that's long past its best, and there's no freshness or any frills. It's a budget hotel that's seen better days, so you get what you pay for. If you have other choices, I'd probably take one.

We only needed somewhere for a few hours before our early morning train, and the location near CSMT was the one good thing. I wouldn't consider this hotel or its surroundings suitable for women. We paid ₹1K in advance and the rest at check-in for a room presented as deluxe, though it was much smaller than the photos on Google and other third party sites suggested. It was full of mosquitoes, smelled bad, and had AC issues. The room also seemed suspicious and unsafe for a family after we noticed a few suspicious things. We left in under 15 minutes and asked the manager and staff for some of our money back, but they refused and were very rude. I paid ₹3000 total, which wasn't worth it. We eventually left, because prevention is better than cure. I would never recommend it to families or women travelling alone or with friends. It's a budget hotel in the main CSMT area, but check the entire room, including anything suspicious, before paying or finalizing a booking.

I checked in around 6 in the morning and left at 11 the next day. They charged 4000 for one person. For online payment, they give you their personal QR code. The room itself was alright, but the edges and corners were dirty. It looks good online, but it isn't maintained.
