The only good part was breakfast. The room condition was very poor, and the location wasn't convenient. The bathroom had no bucket or mug. When we contacted reception about it, they argued instead of fixing the problem and told us to speak politely, even though we were already being respectful. Lunch service was poorly managed too. We asked for lunch at 1:30 PM and were told that time had already passed. Other than tea, there were no refreshments, and only vegetarian food was served. Overall, the stay didn't meet our expectations.

I've stayed here twice and had a very good experience both times. The staff are so well mannered and always on their toes to make the stay comfortable. Special thanks to Komal Ma'm for making me comfortable and sorting out my billing and checkout issues. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Mumbai.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious, and the mattress is good. The place itself is nice. Service from the rest of the staff is pretty fast, though the woman at reception argues a lot, talks too much, and isn't very polite. I can't comment on the food, but try the sandwich just outside the hotel on the right.

I was comfortable during my two-day stay, and the location and room were good. Service was good, though not great. There was no bathtub. Treebo works well for comfortable stays while traveling or attending business meetings. Breakfast, a water bottle, and other things are free.

Komal Maam is especially good. The rooms are well appointed, and the location is prime and easy to reach. Guests highly recommend the tasty, varied buffet, and the dining experience is high quality. Service is prompt, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
