Hotel Grand Suite

The place didn’t feel safe for a corporate or family stay because of the crowd. The rooms weren’t clean, and the missing key left us without security. When we complained, they just told us to adjust. The staff were rude too, and charged extra for a bottle. When we objected, they said they needed to earn as well. Not happy with this stay at all.

The rooms were clean, but so small that they affected my comfort. I arrived around 9 am, three hours before the 12 pm check-in, and although there were plenty of empty rooms, they charged Rs 500 for early access without giving me a receipt. I’d booked two nights through Agoda with free breakfast, but the hotel refused to honor it, saying my discounted rate didn’t include it. They also charge above MRP for water bottles, though when I refused to pay more, they offered the bottle at MRP. A nearby pure vegetarian hotel gave a more satisfactory experience.

The bathroom is tiny and in very bad shape, and the facilities aren’t worth the price. Employees don’t know how to talk to customers, and I wasn’t satisfied with their behavior or service. The receptionist was especially rude, acting like he owned everyone. They add unnecessary charges, so it’s not budget friendly at all.
