The room was comfortable and the property had a nice ambience. Our corner room with its bathtub felt premium and was well set up. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and easy to approach. The food package, which included breakfast and dinner, was a letdown. Breakfast was very basic, and the chicken curry served in the room was extremely salty. There was also so little rice that it wasn't enough for one person. Both food quality and portions need work. The bathtub leaked water onto the bathroom floor while being used, which felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. Cleanliness there could be better. I'd call the stay average. It's fine if you just need somewhere near the airport to sleep for a night, but I wouldn't pick it again for the dining or a premium comfort experience. The service was good and the stay decent, though the food and bathroom upkeep need attention.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location was convenient to reach. Breakfast was particularly good, and the food in general was nice. Indie Stays Mumbai International Hotel feels welcoming, homely, and very well cared for. The rooms are cosy with good facilities, and the Urban Corner room is attractive and worth treating yourself to. Breakfast is a buffet, and the Masala Dosa, Bread Pakora, and Spicy Omelette were delicious enough to want again. The hotel is fairly new and sits in a great spot in Marol, close to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Mumbai Airport and only a few stops from the newly opened Metro line. Marol Shopping Centre is by the Metro Station, about a 10-minute walk away. The staff are one of the hotel's strongest points. Managers, chefs, waiters, and cleaners were all helpful, efficient, capable, and professional, clearly focused on providing good service. Manager Ashutosh/Ved deserves special mention for being considerate and caring, and for treating guests as special human beings. It's a safe, comfortable, and fairly economical hidden gem with that home-away-from-home feeling. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable Mumbai stay.
