The staff were courteous, and breakfast was hot, healthy, and nicely presented. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the road-facing rooms look out over trees and sky. The windows keep out sound. Internet was good through the LAN cord they provide, better than wifi systems.

The location is good, but my two-day stay for just under 8000 Rs was a letdown. The place didn't feel professionally run, and I seriously wondered whether one staff member was under age to work. They said breakfast was free, but on the first day they brought just “1” idly when I ordered it. When I asked for more the next day, they charged me, so breakfast being included feels misleading. I asked for an iron and they kept acting as if they were going to buy one all day. In Mumbai, they said they couldn't get one, so I had to go out on a Monday morning to have my clothes pressed. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and ordinary hotel routines like changing the sheets or towels weren't followed. There wasn't even toothpaste in a 4000 Rs room. They took everything casually, and time didn't seem to matter to them.

The balcony has a good view, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The ambience felt homely, which made the stay really nice. If you're planning to cover all places in Mumbai, it's a good option. No need to hesitate, just go for it.

The room had a bay view and the balcony was awesome. It's within walking distance of bandra station and close to leelavathi and hinduja hospital. The apartment was clean, and the staff were helpful. A wonderful place, recommended.

They provide tea, coffee, and snacks, and the service was good. The view was amazing, too. If you're fine ordering food from outside, this is a great place to stay close to the Bandra.
