The staff had no manners and spoke to customers in an aggressive, completely unprofessional way. The whole experience was horrible, and the hotel's policy was awful too. More than anything, the place felt totally unsafe for women. I'd strongly tell everyone, especially girls and families, to stay away. Worst hotel and staff I've ever encountered.

We checked in at almost 2 pm and were out by 10:30 that same day. The room was cramped, suffocating, and filthy. My so-called premium room had peeling paint, broken furniture, old-looking curtains, and a bed as hard as a rock. The rooms shown on the website and through OYO are nothing like reality. Take a look at the pictures they've uploaded. I don't usually post reviews, but my stay at Grand Villa Hotel in Andheri West was so miserable I had to warn people. Pathetic.

The service was okay, but the room was dirty, smelled foul, and had cockroaches.

Really nice staff behavior, a very good room, and a perfect location. Very good hotel.

Bad service. There were mosquitoes, and the room smelled foul.
