Gulzar Hotel by OYO Rooms

We celebrated a birthday at Hotel Gulzar, and the staff were very supportive. Very good service and staff. A great place for a celebration. 🎉🎊🎊🎊

The rooms were really neat and clean. Loved it. 💖

The people at the hotel wouldn't even talk to me once they had the money. I paid 2000 rupees through Oyo, and unfortunately the booking was nonrefundable. The bed sheets and pillows were so dirty I couldn't even imagine going near them, and the room was absolutely terrible. Even people living in slums keep things up better. The Oyo pictures are all fake. A big no, no, no. I want to leave this negative review at least on behalf of 10 people in my family if I don't get any refund. Please do yourself a favor and don't even consider booking this hotel, even in your worst dreams.

The rooms weren't good, and the information about this hotel is completely fake and false. Ask for photos of the outside area and you'll see the real situation. It's on the third floor, with shops on the ground floor, broken stairs, and no lights on the stairs. It's in Bhindi Bazaar, a completely crowded area where it's very difficult to stay, and public and private transport are difficult too. The whole area has meat shops and a slaughterhouse. It's like staying in Dharavi. Don't book it. It isn't worth it even for free, and it shouldn't be listed on YOYO.
