The location made the stay harder too. It was a noisy, inconvenient area with nothing useful nearby, getting around was difficult, and the surroundings didn't feel safe at night. It wasn't worth the money or hassle, and I wouldn't recommend it. Inside, the room smelled bad as soon as I entered and was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets didn't look properly changed, and the walls and furniture were stained. The bathroom was even worse, with poor cleaning, leaking taps, and hardly any proper toiletries. A terrible experience from start to finish.

I had to switch rooms three times during the day because of power problems, after first finding that the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The rooms were in poor condition, with insects and cockroaches all around. The photos on different platforms are fake, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Room and food prices were reasonable, and Sion station is close by, which makes getting around convenient. The staff were extremely good, and the food service was great too.

A nice stay, with great service. The quadruple rooms are good.

The staff were rude and even asked for a tip to bring chilled water. Service was poor too. Tea and coffee took 45 minutes, and the food we ordered was so bad, a 2 out of 10, that we threw it away without eating. We had booked Hotel pearl View for different days as well, and I'd recommend that hotel next door. The rooms were too small even for the extra mattress they gave us. The toilets weren't cleaned properly, and water from the AC dripped onto the bed. The sheets and blankets smelled bad and weren't clean. When we asked for replacements, they only removed the blanket cover and said it had been washed before we checked in. A very bad experience.
