OYO Rooms Chembur Swastik Chambers

It's an average, just okay kind of hotel, nothing great. The staff were fine with us, and you can get food if you order it.

Hotel Kurla Residency gets mixed feedback. Some guests praise the cooperative, friendly staff, spacious rooms with air conditioning and daily housekeeping, and convenient access to Kurla railway station and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT). Others mention poor cleanliness and housekeeping, including linens that weren't changed, along with no in-room phones and limited payment choices, with cash preferred over cards. Some also find the immediate area less than ideal for families. It's useful to check recent reviews to see if the convenient transport access and roomy accommodation fit what you're looking for.

The staff were the worst. Please don't book this hotel at any cost, especially through Go-ibibo. That site shows a 3.8 rating, while other sites have it at 2.2 overall.

The location is isolated, so finding a cab can be difficult. Staff were arrogant and rude, and the service was terrible. They also open your room to clean without your permission, which puts your luggage at risk. Don't stay here.
