Sai Leela Hotel

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and after its full renovation it feels better than some three-star places. I spent two nights last week in a double room on the sixth floor. The staff were helpful and the receptionists very friendly. It’s central and near the station, which suited me as a foreigner. The price is reasonable, and getting to the airport is quicker. I’d choose Sai Leela again next time I’m in Mumbai. It’s a comfortable, cozy place to rest after a long journey.

The complimentary breakfast at Udipi Vihaar was great, with a good range of dishes and professional service. The interior looks nice, but the Deluxe Room was very small, including the bathroom, and there was no refrigerator or fan. Laundry also costs more than at other hotels. Reception was the weak point: even with an online booking, they didn’t check their emails, and they should have more professional staff there.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were the best part, from the guards right up to the senior management. Everyone was great and seemed to work with genuine care. My family, the SHARMA FAMILY FROM Haryana, stayed for five days. There were around 40 of us, from kids to senior citizens. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and will come back again and again.

I’m a regular customer. The service was already very good before, and after the renovation it’s been taken up another level.
