OYO 11498 Hotel Bliss Executive

It was a horrible stay for me, my family, and my colleagues and their families, who had the same experience. The rooms smelled, the bathrooms were unclean, and the bed sheets were torn. Outside there were dirty plates, a sticky floor, and no ventilation. None of the geysers worked.

The breakfast was lovely, and we found the staff cooperative and the service good during our four to five days there. They treated us politely when we behaved politely. The surroundings were good and the location was okay. When booking through OYO, they tell you what room you've got, then give you one a bit bigger. The ACs made a noise every half hour that sounded like something was broken.

The rooms are dirty, there's no water at all, and the sheets and pillows stink. It's disgusting to stay here. Don't be tempted by the price, it's not worth it.

I was there for a short time last month, and the service was incomplete. I had to keep calling room service for basic things like towels, soap, and drinking water. The room freshener was far too strong and made a bad first impression. The bathroom, unlike the room, was spacious, and I liked its design and look.
