The only thing that helped was how close it is to the airport. We stayed just one night, and I was glad it wasn’t longer. The road and area around the hotel were dirty, as were the corridor and room. The room smelled of urine when we arrived. Staff sprayed air freshener and wiped up some liquid on the floor, but that didn’t solve the smell. The central air conditioning was freezing, and they said it was only an air vent that couldn’t be adjusted. We were cold all night. The room was in poor condition and nothing like the booking app photos. It felt more like a lodge than the 3-4 star hotel listed there. The food wasn’t the best, though tastes vary. A very bad stay.

It’s clean and easy to get to, and the hotel is good enough, though nothing special. At busy breakfast or lunch times, some items can take a long time to be replenished or disappear from the tables.

The evening was memorable, and the decoration looked beautiful. I celebrated my fiance’s birthday at Hotel Aureole after booking Prism Rooftop. Service was good, and Sohail deserves a special thanks for coordinating everything so well. The food was okay. I’d recommend it.

The food wasn’t worth the price, and none of the dishes were good. We booked the rooftop decor for a birthday celebration, but the setups were packed close together and the place felt extremely congested. The decoration looked great in the videos, though in person it wasn’t well maintained. Service was late, and the welcome drinks came half an hour after we arrived. The attendant was extremely rude when we booked. The location is a bit inside, away from the main road. I was very disappointed with the restaurant.

I called after finding this place on Google, and the owner, Sudhi, probably answered. He quoted ₹4500 per night and sent a video that looked pretty good, so I planned a Mumbai vacation with my family. When I got there, the room was the complete opposite: tiny, dirty, and stinky. I wanted to cancel, but I’d already paid ₹4000 for the booking and couldn’t get the money back. The area was very bad too, with no roads, shops nearby, or anything.
