Booking the banquet hall for our baby's first birthday on January 11, 2026 was straightforward, including sorting out the menu and decor. Raj, the general manager, and the staff were very helpful and accommodated us. The ambience, food, and service were excellent. I'd highly recommend the venue for parties and functions.

I visited to look at the venue for a possible event booking. The location is prime and accessible, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and drinks available. I checked the event hall, menu, and per-person cost, and set out chairs to see how many guests could fit. I didn't look at the rooms. The place has 29 lodging rooms, one restaurant, two event halls, a fast food counter, and parking.

After my surgery, the staff took great care of us and were so considerate. Since I couldn't manage the room we'd picked, they even moved us to an upgraded room without charging extra. The service was so good I'd give it 10 out of 10 if that were possible. I'd recommend an upgrade when it comes to room cleanliness.

The only thing I liked was the location near the airport. The people were somewhat helpful with a few things, which is why I gave one star, though I wish zero were an option. The room was in terrible condition and unhygienic. The supposed bathtub was just a very bad bathroom, the AC remote was missing, and the tiles looked old and dusty. The whole place felt like someone else's dirty, old apartment, with none of the hotel feel you'd expect. Don't trust the pictures online.
