The three people at reception were rude and unprofessional, talking down to us like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay for free. The whole experience felt degrading, with no hospitality or basic manners. The service was more like a cheap, low-grade lodge than a proper hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere. Hotel Lords and Hotel Manma have similar tariffs and treat guests with respect. I'd rate this -100 if I could. Avoid this place. If you're still nearby, Hotel Manama generally has a much higher service standard and is worth switching to if you want to avoid this stress.

The service was good, and the rooms were well furnished with all the facilities, though they're very small, the Bombay style of living. We were there around the first week of Jan, during peak business, so the price seemed a bit high for the room size. It's also a little hard to spot from the road. Check-out is strict, and they may keep pressing you to vacate. During busy periods you can't extend, since they may already have sold the room to someone else. If you want to explore all day and take a bus or train at night, you can check out and leave your luggage in the lobby for a very small charge paid to the hotel waiters.

The bathrooms were very unhygienic, the shower didn't work, there was no room cleaning, and the air smelled bad. At check-in they said they would change the room later, but never did. I was doing pooja, and the owner interrupted me several times because I was five minutes past checkout. Maybe he doesn't respect my religion. Very cheap and greedy people. A very bad hotel, I wouldn't even consider staying here.

The staff were unprofessional, and the price was much higher in person than online: it showed 1,200 rupees online, but they charged 2,500 Rupees for a queen sized bed. They offer a cab for MUMBAI DARSHAN and charge customers for the whole cab, then add a charge for each extra friend. In Mumbai, when you hire a cab for the full price, you can ride with one or four people, depending on what you need.

People were already pushing us to check out from 8am, though checkout time is 9am. The rooms are very small and not even suitable for one family. The staff are very rude. I wouldn't give this place a single star. Don't check in here, there are better options on the same road at an affordable price.
