My phone battery was about to die while I was travelling, so I asked to charge it for 10 minutes. The receptionist refused and told me I had to take a room. I explained I didn't want to stay, just charge my phone, but he said charging wasn't possible without booking a room. Pathetic experience, I didn't like the way I was treated. #nohumanity.

The photos here are fake. The actual hotel was horrible: the room was tiny, dirty, and smelly, and it was hard to breathe inside. Most of the furniture was broken, the AC didn't work, and there were spit stains on the walls. There was no lift or phone in the room, so for room service you have to walk down to reception. Pathetic experience.

Google lists it as a 3 Star hotel 😂, but it's really 0.3 star. The room was tiny, the bathroom unpleasant, and the beds weren't clean.

The food was awful and overpriced, the linen was dirty and torn, and there was no hot water in the morning. They also didn't provide the complimentary breakfast. The ambience wasn't great, and the kitchen was noisy until 2 a.m., so I couldn't sleep properly. The manager's manner wasn't very nice either. He rates his own hotel using our account just to get good reviews.

I booked through Make My Trip and paid almost 20k for two nights, but this so-called hotel wasn't worth even 2k. We were robbed by MMT. Even the people running the hotel were shocked by how much MMT had charged us. I don't know whether regulators are aware of the fraud these platforms are committing. Don't ever book here if you want a comfortable stay.
