OYO 13470 Hotel Symphony House

I needed a place in Mumbai at short notice, which isn't easy to arrange, and they offered me a room at a budget friendly price. The receptionist was very helpful. I had a couple of questions about the local ID requirements, but those were already explained in their rules. Apart from that, I had a very good stay.

We stayed for two days with all ten of my friends and enjoyed the trip. The hotel is in a residential area, a little way inside from the main lane. It's a nice budget place, the staff were supportive, and food was available. I'd come back next time and recommend it.

We were there for one night with family, then moved out early on May 24, 2015. The rooms smelled and didn't seem properly maintained, and the person at reception had no manners or sense of how to speak to customers. The photos on the website are misleading. I regret spending my hard earned money on this lodge. Worst hotel I've experienced, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, friends or even enemies. Don't stay here.

The fast WiFi and polite, quick to respond staff were the only good parts. Finding the place is like working through a maze. The TV was awful, with no sports or music channels, and you have to sit in one specific spot to see it. The window AC had no remote. Switches for the fan and lights weren't by the bed, and the transparent window panes meant you couldn't draw the curtains.
