Hotel Eden Serenity - Mumbai

The staff were polite, which was the one bright spot. The rooms felt cramped, the surrounding area looked like an auto parking lot, and the breakfast selection was very limited. Overall, I was disappointed and didn’t feel the stay was worth it.

The service felt like what you’d expect at a five-star hotel, even though this is a three-star place. They were especially attentive with me as a woman traveling alone. Highly recommend!

The restaurant was below par, and getting to the property wasn’t great from either side. One approach passes through a slum area, while the other goes through a less appealing neighborhood. The property itself is good, though, and the room construction felt generous, especially the doors and the rain shower, which was a nice surprise.

We had to leave at 7 am for an appointment on our second day, so we asked if the hotel could arrange a light breakfast that early. They prepared the whole buffet for us instead, which was such a lovely gesture. The breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and well equipped. Everyone was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Bhupendra at the front desk for helping us with everything, and to the chef, whose name I forgot, for the delicious food. We had a comfortable, delightful stay at Eden Serenity.
