The hotel feels cramped and claustrophobic, and I didn't feel safe there. In an emergency, there didn't seem to be a proper escape route, which is a serious safety concern. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, with no ventilation. There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it gets damp and stifling, while the room itself feels stuffy and smelly. It was especially uncomfortable to imagine staying there with family. A very poor experience, and I strongly wouldn't recommend it.

Nilesh, the manager, was especially helpful, kind, and professional, always smiling and keen to give good service. The staff here are wonderful, and I really appreciated how caring they were. The hotel is close to everything, too. I had a very pleasant, warm stay. Thanks so much, everyone! 🤗

It was hard to rest because the room was noisy, and the bedsheets were very dirty. They seemed to reuse the same sheets for new guests without washing them properly. The room was tiny for the price, and there weren't proper fire alarms or other safety facilities, which made me feel unsafe. A really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are simple but clean. The tea and coffee are good. I'd skip breakfast, though.

I was there for just a few hours and came away with more than 15 bed bug bites. I complained at reception, but got no apology, compensation, or even acknowledgement. A truly awful guest experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.
