Hotel Super

The room smelled really bad, and the pillows and sheets were dirty. Service was very poor, and management wasn't supportive. Mr Pankaj was stubborn and rude. I had sprained my ankle and asked for a little more time before leaving, but he argued with me and kept knocking on the door. A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Whenever my family and I go to Mumbai, we've stayed at this same hotel for more than five years. The owner treats us with great respect, and the staff are respectful too, with high quality service around the clock. We feel at home here. I really appreciate how they treat us, and I love super hotel.

The hotel is good and the service is very good, but management wasn't helpful. After checking out, I asked the receptionist to hold my bag for five hours, and they wouldn't allow it.

A good friend and I were talking about a place of my own, and how you could come by in five minutes for a good time. Then my head went all over the place, jumping from a photo and a few minutes to 33 years later, and even a few weeks ago. In my mind it was the best place in town, my own house, with my friend right there beside me. God knows what I was thinking.
