The location near the airport was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable, well kept, with clean bathrooms. The food was satisfactory. Hot water wasn’t always available, though, and the price felt a little high for the standard. An acceptable stay overall.

I won’t book here again. I had to cancel shortly after making my reservation because of unforeseen circumstances, and politely asked if they could offer any flexibility. They flatly refused, with no willingness to consider a date change, partial credit, or another option. I understand hotels have policies, but the lack of a grace period or even basic understanding felt unreasonable and showed very little customer care. If circumstances change, even immediately, you may be out of luck. I’d urge people to be careful before booking.

Pheiga and Fazan made my stay especially memorable with their great service. I had an amazing time at the hotel, and the staff were incredible. I’d definitely recommend it for the hospitality.

At checkout, the staff denied that visitors were allowed for 1-2 hours and demanded an extra ₹1500. I had specifically confirmed the visitor policy with them before booking. When I reminded them, they were rude and wouldn’t even check their own CCTV or records. The inconsistent communication left me feeling misled and harassed at checkout. That kind of conduct was very disappointing and unprofessional. I’d advise future guests to get everything in writing before booking. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
