I was in Mumbai for work and only got back to the room at night, so I can't really comment on the service. The room was tidy and okay, but the location was horrendous. The hotel is in a fish market, and the smell was unbelievably awful. As a vegetarian, I was also distressed by the raw meat shops and non-vegetarian restaurants nearby. If you're strictly vegetarian, I'd strongly advise staying somewhere else.

The walls on the side looked like they hadn't been painted in a long time, and when you open the curtains, the window is covered with bricks. You can't keep track of the time. Still, the room and toilet were clean and well maintained, and the staff were down to earth and always ready to help. I wouldn't call it the best place to stay, but I'd choose it again on my next trip and future visits. It was a good stay, and I'd recommend it.

Room #104 had rusted bathroom fittings, a dirty sink hole on the bathroom floor, and a flush that didn't work properly.

The staff acted like they owned Mumbai city. There was no cleanliness, no response, and no respect. Worst experience, a waste of money, and not worth it at all. Avoid this place even if your only other option is sleeping on the road.

The room was very small and costly. The hotel is in the middle of the old market, where you can find transport, but it's very noisy.
