The location was the one bright spot for me, with a 7-Eleven close by and several good restaurants within walking distance. The rest of this stay was a big letdown compared with my visit about three years ago, when the rooms and towels were in good shape and the bathroom had no bad smell. This time, the hotel seemed overdue for renovation and better upkeep. The towels were stained and torn, and I found a cockroach inside the bath mat when I unfolded it. There were rats making loud noises above the ceiling, too. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage when I showered. I reported water leaking from the air conditioner four times. No one properly dealt with it, repaired it, or offered another room. Service was slow and mostly unresponsive. Only one female staff member seemed willing to talk with me and help. The cleanliness has clearly declined, and the stay was very uncomfortable. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and makes improvements.

The rooms were neat, clean, and decorated in a modern style, and staff were professional, helpful, and quick to respond. Getting around was easy too, since the hotel is conveniently close to the metro. The rooms did feel a bit cramped for the price. A decent option if convenience and hygiene are what matter most.

Tea and coffee were available free around the clock, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had all the amenities. I loved the fresh, healthy Indian and Continental breakfast on the terrace, made right in front of you. Such a nice start to the day. The staff were professional, courteous, caring, and always ready to help. For me, this was an affordable, comfortable, hospitable, wonderful stay in Mumbai. I wish I could have stayed longer, but good things end. Next time I come to India, I’ll definitely stay at Leafio again. The Metro is just around the corner.

The staff made this stay feel personal. Everyone I dealt with was polite, helpful, and quick, and from check-in through check-out they made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. Getting to the airport and metro was convenient, too. Hotel Leafio Sakinaka's rooms are on the small side, but mine was clean and well kept, which worked perfectly for a short stay. If you want a budget-friendly hotel with friendly staff and good service, it’s a great choice.

Nitesh was especially helpful, friendly, and polite, and went out of his way to make everything easy during my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and room service was excellent. I had a wonderful two-day visit and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.
